“A true GEM! A proper diner, complete with very tight limited parking (caution!). I didn't expect to find huevos rancheros in a cafe in Connecticut, but there is a large community of Latinos in Stamford and it seemed most appropriate to see their selections on their menu. Black beans and sour cream with channels was spot on. All of the other fixings were very nice, all the plates are served in square which is slightly different than a typical diner, makes it stand out. One of the things I appreciate it most was the bright clean environment that is not typical with a dive or a diner. They used porcelain table tops and countertops for the bar area. That is expensive and will last a long time. The open kitchen and quick service was appreciated. The food was exactly what we went for. The coffee selection was great. Certainly highly recommend this.”
